Catching Up on Adventures

We are having a ball! We were so busy having fun I have not had time to write. This blog will feature a national Park that we explored. We traveled about an hour and a half by bus to Tayonaka Ruins and Tubed the Don Diego River while we were in Columbia. So I will share the pictures with you. It is a beautiful place and our guides were really nice and informative. This area is the sacred ancestral lands of four Indigenous Peoples: the Kogi, Arhuaco, Wiwa and Kankuamo. These direct descendants of an ancient civilization known as the Tayonaka speak distinct languages, but share the common belief that they are the guardians of the heart of the World.

There were 30 ARC people on this tour. We all had so much fun!

At the end of the Don Diego River it spills into the Carribean

We had a great time on this tour! We are so lucky that we are traveling with such a great group of people. We have not met anyone that wasn't super nice and interesting. It has been a hoot to have conversations with people from around the world. We may all be from different places and cultures, but we all have more in common than not.

Until Next time, I hope everyone is living their dream!
